The Challenge

As threats continue to accelerate and converge, Recorded Future’s real-time threat intelligence has become increasingly vital—not only to its 1,900+ existing customers but also to a growing number of new customers. 

This demand led to an increase in volume of RFPs, creating challenges in managing and completing these requests efficiently, as the existing process was time-intensive and manual, impacting the team’s ability to focus on more strategic aspects of their role. They also needed a platform that could work at scale, given the hundreds of GTM team members who would need to use the platform.

To address these challenges, Recorded Future evaluated 3 RFP platforms to identify the best tool for improving efficiency and scaling their operations. The team gave the same data to all 3 platforms and evaluated the AI-written responses and user interface.

Since then, Arphie quickly became a crucial tool in the Sales Engineering team’s daily workflow, being used to complete all of its RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires from getting an AI auto-generated first draft, to refinements and review, powered by a broad range of source connections.
