About Arphie
Arphie is building AI knowledge agents that transform how companies complete their most painful workflows, starting with RFP and questionnaire response. Our platform connects to customers' existing knowledge bases — Google Drive, Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, and more — and uses a proprietary agent-based approach to generate first-draft responses in a fraction of the time, reducing a typical 25-hour process to roughly 6 hours of high-value review.
Backed by General Catalyst and trusted by leading AI labs, high-growth companies, and publicly-traded firms alike, we're a tight-knit team with strong traction and full runway. This is a rare opportunity to be a foundational hire and help shape how Arphie operates at scale.
The Opportunity
This is a high-leverage, generalist role sitting at the center of Arphie's business. You'll work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff to drive strategic initiatives, build the growth engine, and own the projects that don't yet have a home. No two weeks will look the same — you might spend one standing up an outbound motion, the next leading customer onboarding, and the one after that launching a new product initiative. You're a force multiplier for the leadership team, and the connective tissue that keeps the company moving fast.
What You'll Do
Growth & GTM
- Contribute to and experiment within Arphie's growth engine — run tests across outbound strategy, sales operations, and pipeline development to find what scales
- Identify and test new acquisition channels across outbound, partnerships, and marketing
- Track and report on GTM metrics, surfacing insights that inform strategy
Post-Sales
- Arphie is known for exceptional customer support – continue to raise the bar by contributing to customer support operations — triaging and resolving inbound tickets with urgency, working closely with Engineering and Product to close issues quickly
- Serve as a voice of the customer internally — synthesize feedback, document feature requests, and bring customer insights into product and roadmap conversations
- Help maintain and build out self-serve documentation and enablement materials, informed by patterns you spot across tickets and direct customer interaction to improve
Strategy & Operations Special Projects
- Own high-priority special projects end-to-end — from scoping and analysis through execution and handoff
- Partner with founders on strategic decisions: market analysis, competitive positioning, and roadmap prioritization
- Spot operational gaps and build the systems and processes to close them before they become problems
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, or a BizOps / Chief of Staff role — ideally with some time at an early-stage startup
- Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate) — excited to work in-person
- Equally strong at 10,000-foot strategy and 1-foot execution — you don't consider anything beneath you and can easily context-switch
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity — adaptable, resourceful, and biased towards action; you prioritize well and move fast without needing direction
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal — able to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to any internal or external audience
- Analytical and data-driven — you're comfortable running analyses, and using data to make decisions
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's reshaping enterprise software; you're already thinking about the implications
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, GTM, or revenue operations
- You've built outbound or growth programs from scratch before
What You'll Get
- Competitive base salary + meaningful equity
- Direct access to and collaboration with the founding team from day one
- Exposure to every part of the business — this is a career-accelerating role for a high-ceiling generalist
- A culture built on transparency, customer obsession, genuine teamwork, and pride in what we ship
- Fully covered health, dental, and vision insurance
