This Cookie Policy explains how Arphie, Inc. ("Arphie," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit www.arphie.ai, sign in to our platform at app.arphie.ai, or use any other Arphie site that links to this policy (together, the "Sites").
It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and the choices you have. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more broadly.

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site recognize your browser on later visits, remember your settings, and understand how the site is used.
We also use technologies that work in a similar way. For simplicity, this policy calls all of them "cookies":
We use cookies to run the Sites securely, to understand how people use them, and to measure and improve our marketing. In particular, cookies help us:
We do not use cookies inside the Arphie platform to show you advertising, and we do not use cookies to access customer content stored in the platform.
We group the cookies on our Sites into four categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are always on; you can turn the others on or off at any time, as described in "Your choices" below.
| Category | What they do | Set by | Can you turn them off? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Deliver pages, keep you signed in to app.arphie.ai, block bots and abuse, and store your cookie choices | Arphie, Cloudflare | No. The Sites cannot work without them |
| Functional | Remember choices you make, such as dismissing an announcement banner | Arphie | Yes. Some features may not remember your settings |
| Analytics | Count visits and traffic sources, and show us which pages and resources are used | Google (Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager) | Yes |
| Advertising | Measure the results of our ad campaigns and show our ads to people who have visited our website | LinkedIn (LinkedIn Insight Tag) | Yes |
The table below lists the main cookies currently used on our Sites. Durations are the providers' defaults, and your browser may shorten them.
| Cookie | Set by | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
[session cookie name] | Arphie (app.arphie.ai) | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in and secures your session | Session |

__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Strictly necessary | Distinguishes people from automated bots | 30 minutes of inactivity |
_ga | Analytics | Distinguishes one visitor from another | 2 years | |
_ga_<container-id> | Analytics | Keeps track of your current visit (session) | 2 years | |
li_fat_id | Advertising | Links a visit from a LinkedIn ad to a later action on our site, such as a demo request | 30 days | |
li_sugr | Advertising | Helps LinkedIn match a browser to a LinkedIn member for ad measurement | 90 days | |
bcookie | Advertising | Identifies the browser to LinkedIn | 1 year | |
lidc | Advertising | Routes requests to a LinkedIn data center | 24 hours | |
UserMatchHistory | Advertising | Syncs LinkedIn advertising IDs | 30 days | |
AnalyticsSyncHistory | Advertising | Records when LinkedIn last synced analytics data | 30 days |
We update this list when we add or remove cookies. Third-party providers may also set cookies on their own domains (for example, linkedin.com) under their own policies.
Some cookies and tags on our Sites come from companies that provide services to us. When these load, the provider may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you, and handles it under its own privacy policy.
| Provider | Service | What we use it for | More information |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google LLC | Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics | Load and manage our website tags; measure website traffic and usage | Google Privacy Policy; GA4 cookie usage |
| LinkedIn Corporation (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company for visitors in the EEA and Switzerland) | LinkedIn Insight Tag | Measure conversions from our LinkedIn ads, build audiences of past visitors, and see aggregated demographics of our visitors | LinkedIn Privacy Policy; About the Insight Tag |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Content delivery and security | Protect our website from bots and attacks | Cloudflare cookies |
| Webflow, Inc. | Website hosting | Host and deliver www.arphie.ai | Webflow Privacy Policy |
| Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) | Error monitoring | Detect and fix errors in app.arphie.ai | Sentry Privacy Policy |
The LinkedIn Insight Tag also stores a first-party identifier, the LinkedIn Ads ID, to help measure conversions. LinkedIn gives us aggregated reports only; it does not tell us which LinkedIn members visited our website. If you have a LinkedIn account, your LinkedIn advertising settings also control how LinkedIn uses this data.
You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies at any time, and refusing them will not stop you from using our website. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Sites, such as signing in to app.arphie.ai, from working.
Our cookie settings. Where the law requires it, including in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting functional, analytics or advertising cookies. You can change your choices at any time by clicking Cookie settings in the footer of our website. Your choices apply to the browser and device you are using.
Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. See the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. If you delete cookies, you will need to set your preferences again.
Provider opt-outs. You can also opt out directly with our providers:
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies for that browser. There is no common standard for Do Not Track signals, so we do not currently respond to them.
EEA, UK and Switzerland. We set strictly necessary cookies because they are needed to provide the Sites you request. We set all other cookies only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings; withdrawing consent does not affect cookies already used lawfully. Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified. You also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
California and other U.S. states. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, our use of advertising cookies such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as "targeted advertising." You can opt out at any time by clicking Your Privacy Choices in the footer of our website, by turning off advertising cookies in Cookie settings, or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.
For more about your privacy rights and how to exercise them, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date, and where the changes are significant, we will ask for your consent again or notify you in another appropriate way.
